Delete your PlayStation Network Account

Instructions

You have to contact customer support or send them an email, and supply the email address associated with the account, along with the online ID, and one of the following information:
the first four and last four digits of the bank card associated with the account,
or the details of a recent transaction made using the account,
or the serial number of the original console associated with the account.
Alternatively, if you don't have this information, you can supply a proof of identity (identity document) and a proof of address. If your account is linked to another account of the Sony group, you will have to delete it first. After closure, your online ID will not be reusable.
