Visit the linked page, select 'Delete my personal information', write your first name, last name, email and request, for example: 'Please delete my account and all personal information you have about me', click 'Submit'. You'll receive a confirmation email, click 'Verify Your Email'. Your request will be completed in few days (usually 2 business days).
