Delete your Namecheap Account

Instructions

You have to contact Customer Support to delete your account, and provide your account username, support PIN, and reason why you would like to close your account. Customers with suspended accounts must first have them reinstated (by providing full government ID) before they can be deleted. Customers who reside in sanctioned countries (such as Russia) cannot delete their accounts at all until they provide proof of residency in a non-sanctioned country.
