Instructions 
First, log in to your account and go to the [Administration Panel](https://cloud.geny.io/administration/), cancel your plan and remove all credit cards. 
After doing that, you can [submit a support ticket requesting the account deletion](https://support.genymotion.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000289657).
